Rob Bell began teaching his customer service and communication techniques early in his tenure as the Personnel Development and Education & Training Director for Dick’s Supermarkets, Inc. Drawing on 25+ years of experience in leadership roles, customer service, and training, Rob makes it simple, clear and FUN to improve customer service and gain leadership skills.
Before becoming Dick’s Supermarkets’ go-to-guy for training, as a recovering CPA, Rob worked as the accounting manager for a large trucking company, an auditor, and an adjunct instructor at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Rob now tours the country teaching the principles that have helped hundreds of companies and organizations improve their communication strategies.
Rob has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), which has been awarded to less than 650 people in the world. He was the 2011 – 2012 president of the National Speakers Association – Wisconsin Chapter as well as the author of the book, “Beyond Paper or Plastic – 8 Items or Less to Remarkable Service.” Rob has also produced a customer service training DVD, “Service Excellence – Make ’em Say WOW!”
Now Rob brings his high power message to companies world-wide. Rob’s presentations are high-energy and feature real-life anecdotes that are as fun as they are meaningful. Rhessa Hanson, CAI
Rhessa Hanson, CAI is a second generation auction professional. She holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is a 2017 graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute. She has been involved in the auction industry full-time as an auction educator and as contract auction staff since 2001.
Rhessa and her husband, Wendell Hanson, own Nashville Auction School, LLC where she focus on state and national regulations, program development and multi-state continuing education programs. She has written and produced the NewsLine Newsletter under contract for the Tennessee Auctioneer Commission since 2007. In 2018, she was appoint by the Tennessee Speaker of the House to represent auction education on the Tennessee Auction Law Modernization Task Force which drafted the recommendations for the 2019 auction law changes in Tennessee.
Fifth-generation auctioneer Brigitte Kruse is the founder of GWS Auctions, which specializes in high-profile, celebrity-owned assets, royal family estates, Vietnamese artifacts, luxury accessories, couture fashion and fine jewelry sales.
GWS Auctions has worked closely with members of the Presley family, MGM archives, museums, top Hollywood archive facilities and represented 16 royal family collections at public sale. Brigitte Kruse is the first woman auctioneer to set a Guinness World Record and is a proud member of the National Auctioneers Association, Forbes Business Council. She is also President of the Kruse Foundation and a Board Member of the Beverly Hills Design Institute.
