The Wisconsin Auctioneers Association (WAA) is a nonprofit trade association dedicated to the growth and professionalism of the auction method of marketing across Wisconsin. For over 75 years, we've connected auctioneers, upheld ethical standards, and advocated for our profession at the local and state level.

To educate, promote, and protect the auction industry of Wisconsin. We encourage auctioneers at every stage of their career to grow their skills and professionalism, and we champion the auction method of marketing for buyers and sellers of real and personal property across the state.

For the profession
When legislation that affects Wisconsin auctioneers moves through Madison, we move with it. The WAA advocates for our members through grassroots lobbying and a dedicated legislative fund, because the rules that govern this profession matter, and someone needs to be in the room when they're written.

Every WAA member is licensed by the State of Wisconsin and bound by a code of ethics. That's not just paperwork. It's a commitment to doing right by buyers, sellers, and the reputation of the profession we all share.
